It is true that throughout life, we have ups and downs......... without ups and downs, life would be very flat and it is very bored........ normally, it is the down side that will always drag us for sometime till we recover............
however, life is too short for sadness........ we should all enjoy life and also make ourselves happy with life.......... even though during our tough times we are stress and will be enrage.......... due to the occurance, why not step back and take time to urself to reflect the happier side of ur life.....
think of those fun memories, the ones that make u happy and surely u'll smiled bout it and will be relief for a short period......... but, dun let the stress and also the tense screwed up ur life.......
remember, life is meant to be simple and it is too short to waste..........be with the things that make u happy.....but if u can't be with it, just think of the gud times that u have went through.....
